I don't need hand-holding to get up to speed. I ask a lot of questions, and then I get to the root of the problem fast.
I start by understanding your buyers and your market through stakeholder knowledge transfer, sales call recordings, existing research, or first-hand buyer interviews. From there I build your positioning foundation, and then translate it into messaging.
Finally, every engagement includes some activation to make sure you and your team are equipped to use your new positioning and messaging to win in the market. How far we take this depends on what you need.
Other Ways to Work Together
Some engagements don't fit neatly into my core offerings.
If you're looking for strategic guidance on an ad hoc basis, I offer advisory calls at an hourly rate. This is a good fit for former clients or warm referrals who need a thought partner without a full engagement.
I also sometimes take on fractional Product Marketing work when the company, market, and scope are the right fit.
